Mechanical engineering at its most powerful

Coating systems are complex constructions. At Venjakob, each system consists of different modules. The tricky part is fine-tuning these systems. The compressed air supply, water consumption, gas consumption, CO₂ consumption, heating capacity, cooling capacity – all these factors must be adapted to each other. A full air conditioning system, fire extinguishing system,CO₂ pumping station, cooling unit and gas combustion system must be integrated. The central unit is the coating system itself – the spray booth or spray gun. And of course the controls. The operating system that permits intuitive use, with simple menu navigation and recipe selection. We plan your system down to the smallest detail based on your requirements during the design phase – and simulate and test each process at our technical center. At the end – as soon as your system has been produced – the final acceptance test can be carried out in our production facility on request. And only then does your coating system set off on its journey. Our specialist staff will take care of assembly at your premises – together with you. We instruct your staff on site. Finally there’s the commissioning step – and then you can get started with your system, your production, your coating process.
