During your training as an IT specialist for system integration, you will be responsible for one of the most important work tools of our time – IT systems. Information technology is not only indispensable in our private lives, but also in our everyday working lives.

As an IT specialist, you ensure that information technology functions smoothly. If application or system problems do occur, you find the cause and fix it. The planning, procurement, installation and administration of complex IT systems are as much a part of your job as the creation of system documentation. In addition, as a service provider in your own company, you are the contact person for your colleagues, provide them with the technical support they need and conduct training courses for users. You must be able to communicate your knowledge well and understandably.
